News Round-Up: Chromium-6 Detected in Fire Zones

Last week, scientists from the LA Fire HEALTH Study reported that they had detected elevated level of Chromium-6 in samples collected in the air around fire-impacted neighborhoods in Altadena and Palisades in March and April, 2025. This data was reported in a new Data Brief here.
