Press Play on KCRW recently interviewed Mike Jerrett to discuss the LA Fire HEALTH Study, and how the study may fill some of the testing gaps left by the federal government in the wake of the fires, following FEMA’s announcement that it will not conduct soil testing on cleanup sites.

Michael Jerrett is part of the LA Fire HEALTH Study Consortium’s environmental exposures team, and is professor in the Department of Environmental Health Sciences at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health and the Jonathan Fielding Chair in Climate Change and Public Health.
